Musical Opportunites Available at Laurel UMC
The Laurel UMC has both a Chancel Choir and Bell Choir who alternate performing at the 2nd Worship Service throughout the school year. The Choir has been a much appreciated and beautiful addition to our church since the early 1940's. In 1996 we were pleased to add a Bell Choir to our musical repertoire.
We invite individuals with musical talents to share their love of music during services, particularly during the summer months when the choirs are on break and during the 1st service where the choir does not perform.

Chancel Choral InformationThe Laurel United Methodist choir is under the direction of Sue Simons.
Practice Schedule: Sundays from 9:00-10:00 a.m. The choir performs during worship service: 10:15-11:15 a.m. The choir performs most Sundays following Labor Day up to Memorial Day weekend. | Bell Choir InformationThe Laurel United Methodist Bell Choir is presently in need of a director.
Practice Schedule: TBA The bell choir performs during both services. |
